From Reception to National Influence
Hayley Van de Ven began her career at 17 on reception. Two decades later, she was named Most Influential Woman in Property at the 2025 REA Excellence Awards — building a leadership philosophy grounded in people, not ego.
A defining moment came when a team member faced a mental health crisis. Unsure how to respond, Hayley sought support — an experience that reshaped how she leads and ultimately led her to join the board of RISE, the industry’s mental health service.
Her core belief is simple: property is secondary to people.
“Your business isn’t about property, it’s about people,” she says.
That mindset has helped Limitless Group consistently rank among REMAX’s top offices nationally.
What you’ll learn in the full profile:
How she progressed from receptionist to director
The culture strategy behind consistent top-office results
Why she challenges the idea of work-life balance
How influence only matters when it creates impact
A people-first philosophy driving sustainable growth — read the full story.
