Former realestate.com.au executive Jason Crerar has been appointed state manager for The Agency in Tasmania as the brand looks to expand in the Apple Isle. More here.

Homely takes aim at a new target market
Australian listing portal Homely has joined forces with New Zealand-based HouGarden, giving agents better access to high-interest Chinese buyers without changing the way they list. More here.
