Ray White Northern Beaches has opened a flagship office in Manly, marking the fourth location in the group’s rapid expansion led by David Walker and Charles Caravousanos.

McGrath has completed its Surf Coast corridor with a new Torquay office, strengthening its footprint from Geelong through Armstrong Creek as coastal demand continues from Melbourne and interstate buyers.

Jellis Craig has continued its east Melbourne growth with a new Croydon office, led by director James Wilson as the brand pushes further into outer suburban markets.

NAI Harcourts Pinnacle named national award finalist

The northern Brisbane agency's REIQ state win last year earned it a spot among 136 finalists at the REIA National Awards for Excellence 2026. Director Phil Grant – recently named the top NAI Harcourts sales agent in Australia – has spent a decade building the team's reputation in the Brendale Industrial Precinct.
