It's been a big week for the industry - and not just in the market. The King's Birthday Honours List has put some well-known property names firmly in the national spotlight.

Philip Webb, founder of Philip Webb Real Estate and former REIV President, received an OAM, while Dexus Chair Warwick Negus and QIC Real Estate's Deborah Coakley were both recognised with AM honours.

REA Group and Harcourts have announced a landmark strategic partnership, with Harcourts agencies set to access REA Pro subscriptions at a best-in-market rate from July, backed by premier event sponsorship through FY27.

RWC Canberra has acquired Sentia, bringing the entire team under one roof at its Braddon office from July and creating the ACT's largest commercial team with more than 1,500 tenancies under management.
