Katrina Konstas has been appointed REA Group's new commercial and marketing chief. Two decades of sales and marketing leadership, including a stint as EVP and Head of Sales for Afterpay's APAC business, have earned Katrina Konstas a seat on REA Group's executive leadership team. She takes over from Kul Singh, who departs in August after more than ten years shaping the company's commercial growth, with Katrina starting on 1 September and based in Sydney. More here

Will Gosse’s new gig is now official. A dozen years, three titles, one homecoming: Will's rise from Director to Acting CEO of BresicWhitney now lands permanently, with founder Shannan Whitney calling him "our biggest advocate." Will says the job ahead is unglamorous by design – people, standards, culture – "considered ambition" for a firm managing $3 billion a year in Sydney's lifestyle suburbs. More here

Ray White has united three Northern Tasmania offices under one banner. Launceston-born and bred, Angela Johnson is back where she started, with the Ray White Living Here banner now stretched across Devonport, Shearwater and Launceston. Cheryl Atkinson, who built the Living Here Launceston name over 30 years, stays on as the merged 30-person team settles into its new footprint spanning Northern Tasmania. More here

FOUNDIT has merged with Geelong buyer's advocacy Henning Property. Geelong buyer's advocate John O'Brien has folded his firm into FOUNDIT, the platform built to tackle Australia's $500 billion buyer-side property gap. The deal is effective immediately, adding local expertise in one of Victoria's fastest-growing regions to FOUNDIT's national network. More here

Lifestyle Group has solidified their regional footprint with strategic acquisition of Byron Bay Real Estate Agency. The group's coastal footprint now runs unbroken from Forster to Brunswick Heads, with Byron Bay slotting in as the northern anchor David Grey had been working towards. The deal brings sales, property management and holiday letting under one roof, with Leanne Brien tasked with aligning the new rent roll and accommodation book to the group's existing systems. Adam Wong has become a DiJones licensee after 17 years. Two decades in Chatswood real estate, and Adam Wong is now calling the shots as a DiJones Licensee. The promotion caps a 17-year run alongside chief executive Dean Mackie and chief operating officer Brent May, who both credit Adam's consistency and people-first approach for earning him the title. Harcourts has expanded in Sydney with a new Wentworth Partners office in Maroubra. Thirty years after they first started working together in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, George and Aishah Savva have put a new sign above the door. Harcourts Wentworth Partners in Maroubra now carries their 600-plus property management portfolio and full-service offering into a global network, with Andrew McCulloch calling their local roots a natural fit for the brand's Sydney growth. McGrath, Knight Frank open sixth Newcastle dual-branded office. Forty-six years between them – that's what Ross Cooper and Jaimie Woodcock bring to the newly combined McGrath Knight Frank Newcastle office at 168 Parry Street. It's the sixth dual-branded site since the model launched mid-2025, with Knight Frank's Mark Lafferty confirming the focus stays on regional areas still waiting for commercial and residential services under one roof. Harcourts Ulverstone & Penguin has expanded into Devonport. Brad Reeves and Wendy Squibb have taken the former Michael Burr Real Estate building at 47 Oldaker Street, right opposite Hill Street Grocer, as the new home for their Devonport push. It's their first step beyond Ulverstone and Penguin, adding Shearwater and Port Sorell to a footprint now stretching from Heybridge to Hawley Beach. More here
